Learn to build a Parol (a Philippine Lantern) and then enter it in a competition. Find out the results at the American Canyon Arts Foundation Annual Festival on Saturday, Dec. 6, from 6 - 7:30 p.m. at the Mikolajcik Center. There will be food and refreshments at this free event.
