The City of American Canyon’s Park and Recreation Department serves the community by providing parks and facilities as well as offering a variety of recreational programming. To ensure these public spaces and programs meet the needs and desires of the community, and that the prioritization of future amenities reflect the values and priorities of its residents, the City is undergoing a Parks Master Plan Update.
This webpage will post updates to this work effort and share information as to how, where and when residents can add input to the process. A public review draft plan will be posted here once available.
Parks and Community Services Master Plan Open House: We encourage all community members to attend the Parks and Community Services Master Plan Open House on Oct. 9 at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall — Council Chambers (4381 Broadway). The open house will be part of the joint meeting between the OSATS and PCS commissions.
